Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
Most orders are processed within 1 business days of purchasing, Monday thru Friday. All orders ship within 1-3 business days from our studio right outside D.C. with the exception of the days between Christmas and New Years. We currently offer USPS shipping for all orders. Tracking information will be emailed to you when your order has been shipped. We are not responsible for carrier delays due to inclement weather or re-routing errors. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept returns of unwanted merchandise within 14 days of item receipt. You may ship your items to us in unused/unopened condition for a credit return of your purchase price. Please note that your original shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not accept returns on sale items or custom commissioned work.
